a. In this page, an admin will be able to

      • Delete records

      • Update any record

      • Sum any field based upon the filters selected

      • This includes multiple pages if there are many lines of data

      • Download records to a CSV, which will be readable in Excel

b. A general user can be limited in their abilities according to your company requirements.

4. Cost $5000

a. Tax not included.

b. Fees for late communications are $75

4. 1. • You must respond within 2 working days of receiving emails. While we are waiting for your response, we could run out of work or go in the wrong direction, which takes valuable time that could delay the completion of the project.

      • Exceptions are given for vacations and sick time.  

c. Previously agreed upon payment plans may be accepted.

Not included, but can be added for $75 per hour, or you can ask for a bulk price:

2. Changing the color scheme repeatedly costs us time that we may charge to you.  

a. It is common for customers to change their mind about how their application should look once they see it. While this is understandable, it does take time. We will provide you with screenshots beforehand to prevent this problem.

b. We will let you choose the color scheme for the first, second, and third drafts at no cost. However, the fourth change and beyond will be charged at $75 per hour.

3. Third-party integration, such as

a. Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Access, and PowerPoint

b. PDF’s

c. SAP products such as Crystal Reports

d. Coil Designer

4. For a new form or application, ask about a flat rate offer.

Not Included:

5. Photo shoots – Please supply your own pictures

6. More than three web pages

a. If discussed ahead of time, additional pages could be just $1000-$4000

b. A basic static web page with no programming needed can be added for only $100.

Other policies.

• The most common blunder usually comes down to communication misunderstandings. To prevent this, we will send most questions over email. After in person meetings, we will provide a written summary of any decisions made. Unless corrected within 2 business days, these will be accepted as accurate.
